| Claim
Initiation |
| Claim call is
placed to CRDN of the Tri-Counties. Information is
gathered about the claim and pick up arrangements
will be made. |
|
 |
| Pick
up order |
 |
CRDN of the Tri-Counties will pick up
any order within the Tri-Counties.
Homeowners are introduced to our
staff and our system and receive
an information folder assuring
them of the proper handling and
safe keeping of their clothing
and fabric items. A thorough on-site
inventory is conducted prior to
bagging & tagging of clothing
and items. (Day 1). |
|
|
 |
| Inventory/Invoicing |
Before we begin
our restoration process, every item that was
picked up will be counted again and
itemized to ensure accuracy. Once complete,
we'll separate all like items and prepare
them for dry cleaning or laundry service.
At this point, the Claim Inventory Form is
sent to our accounting office to prepare an
invoice.
Inventory and invoicing will be completed
usually within 24 hours after the order is
picked up (Day 2). |
|
 |
| NOTE |
| Rush orders will
be delivered as soon as possible (usually
within 3 days) directly to the homeowner.
Rush orders are considered two weeks worth
of clothing the homeowner will need during
this difficult time. |
|
 |
| Ozone
Order |
After completing
the inventory, the order will be ozoned. Note:
some orders do not need to be ozoned based
on the level of smoke/mold damage.
Ozone time usually takes no more than 24
total hours (Day 3). |
|
 |
| Cleaning |
Next, the order
will be drycleaned or laundered as necessary.
The cleaning process will usually be completed
between 24-48 hours after the ozone is completed
(Day 4-5). |
|
 |
| Storage |
Once
the order has been cleaned and packaged, the
entire order will now be sent to storage.
Every order is clearly marked for identification
using a customer job label on each box and
every item. A call will then be placed to
inform all necessary parties that the job
is complete and properly stored.
The order will be brought to storage usually
within 24-48 hours after the cleaning process
(Day 6-7). |
